Scott Swartz, President & CEO
Scott Swartz was the director of Product Marketing
and Business Development at NetCentric, which was the leading developer of carrier-class Internet fax systems. He
championed specification of the first SGML/XML billing protocol, the Metered Service Information eXchange (MSIX)
both within NetCentric and to forward thinking vendors such as Compaq, Allaire and DataBeam. Before joining NetCentric,
he was an associate director at Cambridge Technology Partners where he managed a number of large teams that delivered
billing and management systems to Fortune 100 companies in the aerospace, financial, manufacturing, and health insurance
industries. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering from Harvard University.
