Visage Mobile is the first company to offer a turnkey technology and services platform for developing Mobile Virtual
Network Operators (MVNOs) in the United States. MVNOs, new to the US wireless market, are enterprises that leverage a strong consumer brand to
create a differentiated wireless services offering. Visage Mobile offers a turnkey "MVNO-in-a-box" technology and services platform that allows
a carrier to host multiple MVNOs with a single integration effort, and allows the MVNO to outsource the costs and complexities of operating a
wireless service company. Visage Mobile was founded in the spring of 2001 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
